The Catalyst Corporation is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing Chicago team as Entry-Level Sales & Leadership Trainees .
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in retail sales, customer acquisition, marketing, and leadership development . You'll begin by representing nationally recognized brands through face-to-face retail sales campaigns while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.
As you develop your skills, you'll have opportunities to cross-train in team leadership, training, and daily business operations.
What You'll Do
Represent client brands in established retail locations
Engage with customers to promote products, services, and current offers
Identify customer needs and assist with sales and enrollments
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
Develop skills in team management, coaching, and business operations

Full-time, in-person retail sales position
Must live in the Chicagoland area or be willing to relocate within four weeks
