Immediate Hiring | Full-Time | No Experience Required
We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales & Marketing Associates . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and event promotions.
No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
Represent client brands at events, promotional campaigns, retail locations, and community activations
Engage directly with customers and introduce them to products, services, and promotions
Build positive relationships with customers through professional and effective communication
Assist with event setup, promotional activities, and campaign execution
Support sales and marketing initiatives while working toward individual and team goals
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic presence at all events
Qualifications
No previous sales or marketing experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
