Entry-Level Sales Rep - Base Salary + Commissions
Target background: Roofing, windows, remodeling, home improvement
Semper SolR is hiring motivated individuals who want to build a career in professional sales. No solar experience is required. We provide training, coaching, and a clear path from prospecting to appointments, consultations, and closing.

Responsibilities
• Speak with prospective homeowners by phone and in person
• Generate interest and qualify potential customers
• Schedule appointments for qualified homeowners
• Participate in sales training and coaching
• Track daily activity and work toward performance goals
Qualifications
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Able to handle rejection and stay consistent
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Roofing, home improvement, construction, canvassing, or customer-facing experience is a plus
