Job Overview
MCL Talent Partners is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Mesquite area seeking motivated individuals who want to develop professional sales skills and build a long-term career.
This is an entry-level sales opportunity designed for candidates who are coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients. No previous sales or industry experience is required.
The client provides structured product training, licensing support, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development while representatives learn how to build and manage a book of business.
The organization specializes in life, health, and supplemental protection products for individuals and families.
What You'll Do
Complete structured sales, product, and compliance training
Meet with prospective clients and explain available protection options through consultative appointments
Generate opportunities, manage follow-up, and maintain client communication
Track leads, appointments, and pipeline activity using CRM
Build and maintain relationships with current clients while identifying additional needs
Participate in ongoing coaching and take on greater responsibility as performance grows
What We're Looking For
This position is designed for entry-level and early-career candidates. Previous sales experience can be helpful but is not required.
You may be a strong fit if you have:
Strong communication skills and confidence working with prospective clients
Coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Organized with strong follow-through and attention to client activity
Willingness to learn Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Interested in long-term sales growth and willing to complete required state licensing
Licensing is required; support is provided throughout the onboarding and licensing process.
