Overview
JDR Life is recruiting on behalf of a local client expanding across the Brentwood and South Nashville area.
This is an entry-level business-to-business sales opportunity for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build professional sales skills and grow into greater responsibility over time.
Previous B2B sales or industry experience is not required. The client provides hands-on training, one-on-one field mentorship, and support throughout the licensing process.
In this role, you'll work directly with local business owners and decision-makers, help employers understand voluntary workplace benefit options, and support employees through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
Schedule and conduct face-to-face appointments with local employers
Present voluntary workplace benefit options to employers and employees
Develop new business accounts and maintain ongoing client relationships
Manage appointments, follow-up, and account activity using CRM tools
Participate in field training, sales coaching, and ongoing professional development

Who This Is For
Strong communicators who enjoy working with people face-to-face
Coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Organized with strong follow-through
Professional and confident speaking with business owners and employees
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to complete required state licensing
Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, management, or other people-facing experience can be helpful but is not required.
Licensing is required; support is provided throughout the onboarding process.
Compensation
Commission-only compensation plus performance bonuses
Target first-year earnings: $49,600 - $90,100+, depending on individual production and performance.
