Globe Life is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and working toward clear goals, this is an opportunity to develop your sales skills while helping customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs.
In this role, you'll be involved throughout the sales process—from connecting with prospective customers and learning about their needs to presenting options and helping them move forward.
Previous sales experience is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
Connect with prospective customers by phone, video, and other virtual communication
Learn about customer needs and explain available insurance options
Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through enrollment
Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Build positive relationships through professional and helpful communication
Use virtual sales tools and technology to communicate with customers
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Work toward individual and team sales goals

Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Mobile device with cellular data
Reliable home internet connection
Compensation
Estimated annual earnings are $65,000–$100,000 , depending on individual performance and sales results.
Compensation is performance-based, and actual earnings may vary.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position , We are especially seeking candidates located in the New York City area , with the opportunity to work from the office when applicable.
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely and communicating with customers through phone, video, and other virtual tools.
