Entry-Level Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Sales Goal Achievement: Work toward and exceed sales goals through direct customer engagement, effective presentations, and professional closing techniques.
Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and customer interactions.
Client Representation: Represent Risin Enterprises and our clients with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first approach.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders and team members to share insights, improve strategies, and contribute to overall team success.
Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship designed to strengthen sales and communication skills.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required .
Willingness to travel or work flexible hours as needed.
