Entry-Level Group Insurance Sales Trainee | West Caldwell, NJ

My client, an independent insurance brokerage, is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual who is eager to learn the insurance industry, build relationships, and develop a long-term career in group health insurance and employee benefits.
Compensation & Earning Potential
Base + Commission (up to $105,000+ OTE!!)
Uncapped earning potential - commission focused
Opportunity to earn ongoing renewal commissions as eligible client accounts renew, allowing you to build a book of business that can generate income year after year
Position Overview
On-site in West Caldwell, NJ
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Direct training and mentorship from the owner
Learn to sell group health insurance and employee benefits to businesses
Develop new client relationships through prospecting and cold calling
Build and grow your own book of business over time
Benefits
