Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR)
Miami, Florida | Office-Based, 5 Days Per Week
$60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We’re partnering with a fast-growing business in Miami that is looking for an Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team.
No previous sales experience is required. This is all about your personality, attitude and potential. If you’re confident, ambitious, good with people and motivated to build a successful career, they’ll give you the training and support to get there.
From day one, you’ll receive full training, regular coaching and hands-on support to help you learn how to sell, communicate with senior decision-makers and build valuable commercial skills.

What Will You Be Doing?
As an Entry-Level BDR , your job is to help the business find and connect with new potential customers.
You’ll learn how to:
Reach out to potential clients through phone, email and LinkedIn
Have confident conversations with business owners and decision-makers
Build relationships and understand potential customer needs
Identify new business opportunities
Book meetings for the wider sales team
Manage your own pipeline
Develop your confidence, communication and sales skills
Work towards individual and team targets
Don’t worry if you haven’t done any of this before. You’ll be fully trained.
