Rate: $18 USD per hour

nVirginia Tire & Auto Service Advisors love to engage with people. They are the kind of individuals who strike up conversations and make connections. Most of all, they have a heart for service and love to sell—tires, oil changes, and other basic car repair services. For them, it’s about learning what a customer’s vehicle truly needs and presenting a solution. nWHAT YOU’LL DO
nnnWarmly welcome customers in our bright showroom, engage with them at the register, and offer tire and basic auto repair services as a brand ambassador.
n
nnServe as the front line point of contact with customers and act as a connection between their needs and our technicians.
n
nnBecome an expert on our Virginia Tire & Auto Tire Collection, tires, and other automotive products and services we offer, such as oil changes, tire services, and other routine maintenance.
n
nnBuild relationships with customers by communicating with them regarding timing, updating them on the status of their vehicle, and otherwise meeting their needs so that their car care experience is stress-free.
n
nnKeep pace with customers, balance multiple priorities, and use good judgment to manage time.
n
nnAssist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-merchandised showroom.
n
nnThrive in a commissioned sales environment (on top of a strong base pay).
n
n nQUALIFICATIONS
nnnEntry-level position; however, experience is desired and will be compensated accordingly.
n
nnA professional personal appearance.
n
nnAbility to learn our internal software applications.
n
nnHave and maintain a valid driver’s license.
n
