Warehouse Associate – Temp-to-Hire
Sun Prairie, WI | $17.00–$18.00/hour
We are hiring Warehouse Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Sun Prairie, WI. This position involves order fulfillment, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse duties.
Pay & Schedule
1st Shift
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–approximately 5:30 PM1-hour unpaid lunchMay need to stay as late as 6:30 PM depending on daily shipping needsStarting pay: $17.00/hour
2nd Shift
Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM30-minute unpaid lunchStarting pay: $18.00/hour , including $1.00/hour shift differential

Job Responsibilities
Pull customer orders using an RF scannerPack and prepare orders for shipmentScan and verify products, quantities, and other order informationPrint and apply shipping labelsReceive, stock, and put away inventoryPerform inventory counts and replenishmentInvestigate misplaced inventory and report issues to a lead or supervisorMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform other warehouse duties as assigned
Second shift requires flexibility and the ability to work in multiple areas of the warehouse , including pulling, packing, stocking, receiving, and inventory. First shift employees will also have opportunities to cross-train as workload allows.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred; 3+ months is a plusAbility to read, write, and communicate in EnglishBasic computer skills preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSelf-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periodsFrequent bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carryingAbility to climb ladders and stairsRegularly lift up to 20 lbs., frequently up to 50lbsAbility to work additional hours as business needs require
Work Environment
Indoor, temperature-controlled warehouse environment with moderate exposure to dust, dirt, heat, cold, or humidity. Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
