A growing precision manufacturing company in Round Rock, TX is looking for Entry-Level Welders who are motivated to learn, improve their skills, and gain hands-on experience.You do not need to be an expert welder. If you have welding school, shop, fabrication, tack welding, or similar hands-on experience and are ready to learn, we want to hear from you!What You'll Learn & DoPerform tack welding on stainless steel tubing and componentsComplete detailed welding work primarily at a seated workstationLearn to operate orbital welding equipment and processesWork in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment where cleanroom procedures and protective garments may be requiredLearn high-purity and precision welding techniquesGain hands-on experience with specialized welding equipmentLearn to read blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructionsUse measuring and inspection tools to check your workWork alongside experienced welders and manufacturing professionalsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaWe're Looking ForEntry-level welders are encouraged to applyWelding school or technical training is a plusBasic welding or tack welding experience preferredOpen and eager to learn orbital weldingComfortable performing detailed, repetitive welding while seatedComfortable following cleanroom and PPE requirementsStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnDependable attendance and ability to work well with a teamAWS/ASME certifications are a plus, but NOT requiredPay, Bonuses & IncentivesTemp-to-Hire OpportunityCompetitive Pay – Based on Experience (DOE)$1,000 Conversion Bonus upon successful conversion to permanent employmentQuarterly Bonus OpportunitiesExcellent opportunity for long-term employment and career growthMultiple ways to Apply!At Express, we value your time.
