Welder (MIG/TIG) - Entry LevelNow Hiring: Entry-Level WeldersWe are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a welding career in a structural steel fabrication environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering steady daytime hours, hands-on training, and the potential for long-term employment with excellent benefits upon permanent hire.Pay$19.30 - $20.30 per hourOvertime opportunities may be availableScheduleMonday - Friday6:00 AM - 4:30 PMDay shiftResponsibilitiesPerform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel componentsComplete TIG welding tasks as neededRead and follow work instructions, basic blueprints, and weld symbolsInspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracyOperate and maintain welding equipment safelyFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsWork with supervisors and team members to meet production goalsQualificationsMIG welding experience preferredTIG welding experience is a plusAbility to work with structural steel materialsBasic blueprint or weld symbol reading skills preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and willingness to learnWork EnvironmentIndustrial fabrication and manufacturing settingHands-on work with structural steel and welding equipmentSafety-focused environment requiring welding helmet, gloves, and protective clothingJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.30 - $20.30/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
