Fish offers: Guaranteed Floor: Minimum pay of $17.00 per hour. Performance Upside: 30% production commission (Earn more as you get faster!). Priority Bench: Flexible on-call roles available with a weekly Availability Stipend. Paid training: No experience necessary. Work-Life Balance: No nights, weekends, or holidays. Growth: Clear path to Lead Technician and Full-Time route management. Equipment: All uniforms and professional equipment furnished. Safety: No high-rise or skyscraper work.
Responsibilities
Clean interior and exterior windows for residential and commercial customers
Safely operate ladders, squeegees, and other window cleaning equipment
Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional appearance
Travel to job sites throughout the Chicago Western Suburbs area
Inspect windows and frames for damage
Maintain and care for cleaning tools and equipment
Other Qualifications
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license.
Valid car insurance.
Provide excellent customer service.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

This is a general labor position and a perfect opportunity for anyone currently working as a construction or warehouse worker, laborers, restaurant and hospitality workers, cashiers, servers, line cooks and retail/customer service workers. Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
