Job Overview:
Pay Range: $12.75hr - $17.75hr
Requirement/Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Phlebotomy experience, including internship or externship experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience (e.g., Retail, Home Health Aide).
Keyboard and data entry experience.
High level of customer service skills.
Ability to perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients upon arrival and address questions or concerns with care and compassion.
Maintain the integrity and professional environment of the waiting area.
Assist patients with check-ins in the lobby using a self-service kiosk or handheld tablet.
Perform phlebotomy duties to cover breaks or staffing shortages in the draw room.
Maintain required records and documentation.
Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
Promote a positive image to patients and the public while demonstrating organizational commitment.
