Responsibilities: • Develop client relationships and provide tailored financial strategies. • Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs. • Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required. • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements. • Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning. What You’ll Do: • Learn how to identify and connect with individuals and families in your network • Have goal-based conversations to understand client needs • Help clients apply for customized life insurance coverage • Receive step-by-step training in prospecting, client engagement, and closing • Begin your journey toward becoming a registered advisor with our sponsorship Qualifications: • Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success. • Must be authorized to work in the US. • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. • No prior financial experience is required, and comprehensive training is included. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
