Our firm is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a new financial advisor to join our entry-level ranks. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn the financial services ropes needed for effective wealth management to help clients achieve their monetary goals. Responsibilities: • Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities • Consider clients’ life stage, professional circumstances, and changing financial needs when developing tailored financial plans to suit their needs • Look for, identify, and secure new clients to serve as a trusted advisor for crucial financial decisions • Work directly with clients to compile financial profiles that allow you to provide sound financial advice based on each person’s individual financial status, income, financial goals, and other factors contributing to wealth management • Support clients’ progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations What You’ll Do: Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, referrals, and outreachMeet with clients to gather and analyze financial information, goals, and risk toleranceDesign personalized strategies for retirement planning, education funding, wealth protection, and estate planningPresent and recommend a broad range of financial solutions, including life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and other investment optionsGuide clients through implementation and conduct ongoing reviews to ensure strategies stay aligned with their evolving goalsPartner with fellow New York Life professionals to deliver comprehensive, holistic financial solutionsThis role combines relationship-building, strategic thinking, and consultative sales. If you are motivated by helping others while building a rewarding, high-growth career for yourself, this opportunity offers the training, mentorship, and platform to succeed Qualifications: • Superior communication, relationship building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients • Basic knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs is needed • Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well interest in the financial industry and financial products is necessary • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or alternate related analytical field is required • Up-to-date FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 documents are a bonus Compensation: $75,000 - $135,000+ yearly

nCompensation:

$75,000-$135,000 per year
