Responsibilities: • • Engage actively in daily prospecting to connect with potential buyers and sellers, using proven methods that yield results. • Consistently follow up with leads to convert initial conversations into scheduled appointments, fostering strong client relationships. • Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine your sales techniques and boost your confidence in the real estate market. • Guide clients through every step of the transaction process, from initial contact to the closing table, ensuring a seamless experience. • Track and analyze your sales activities regularly to maintain a clear understanding of your business progress and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, contributing to a supportive and accountable team culture. • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant advice. Qualifications: • • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals. • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies. • Familiarity with the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News real estate market is advantageous, but not essential. Compensation: $125,000 - $195,000 yearly
