Job description
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks an Environmental Compliance Officer to serve as a subject matter expert in regulatory testing, monitoring, record keeping and reporting. You will manage MS4 Phase II NPDES permit compliance and oversee reclaimed water use permitting for irrigation, chilled water, and toilet/urinal flushing.
Responsibilities include audits, reporting, and liaison with federal, state and local agencies.
