Environmental Design Engineer
Location; Eastern Shore, Maryland | Hybrid (2–3 days)

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, employee-owned environmental consultancy delivering meaningful infrastructure projects that improve environmental quality and strengthen the communities they serve. If you've become frustrated with repetitive site development or being pushed into project management too early, this role offers something different.
What you'll work onStormwater design & green infrastructure
Water & wastewater infrastructure
Site grading, drainage & erosion control
Civil 3D design from concept through construction
Public works and private-sector environmental projects

We're looking for5+ years' experience in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Strong stormwater, grading and drainage design experience
AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
PE preferred, although an EIT working towards licensure will also be considered
