Job description
The primary purpose of this position is to design, manage and/or implement one or more environmental programs for assigned Air National Guard (ANG) organization(s) and to serve as a professional advisor on all aspects of the assigned environmental areas.
Key Responsibilities
As a senior environmental engineering consultant, the employee provides technical and policy expertise regarding one or more environmental protection programs for the Air National Guard nationwide. Serves as a lead environmental coordinator for the Air National Guard. Responsible for technical oversight of all engineering functions and activities within the Environmental Restoration and/or Compliance which impact ANG installations nationwide.
Leads teams, working groups and/or lower graded individuals of cross functional disciplines engaged in developing and recommending proposals and implementation plans. Represents the organization at executive levels within the Government and to contractor/ industry representatives.

You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.
