Job description
Honda Development & Manufacturing of America, LLC seeks a Safety Specialist to support our advanced automotive manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you will lead safety programs on the plant floor, conduct audits and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with OSHA and Honda standards. You will deliver engaging safety training, investigate incidents, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions. Partnering with engineering and production teams, you will influence equipment and process design for safety, support emergency response planning, and help foster a proactive, continuous-improvement safety culture aligned with The Honda Way.
