What is the role?
Are you an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) professional interested in working with a diverse group of early-stage biotech companies, researchers, and types of spaces?
LabCentral is hiring an Environmental Health and Safety, Senior Associate to support our laboratories in Cambridge. This role reports directly to the EHS, Associate Director. You will be a strong fit for this role if you have 1-2 years' relevant experience in the EHS field. We are looking for a self-directed, organized individual who enjoys working with scientists to understand their cutting-edge science and support their safety and compliance needs.

What will I do?
Your day-to-day is focused on ensuring that the laboratories are operating safely and residents have proper resources to sustain a safe working environment. Every day is different, so flexibility and responsiveness are key while delivering value on projects and other commitments.
Responsibilities
Be a champion of safety and proactively look for chances to encourage staff and residents to do the same
Provide direction to residents and staff to ensure a safe and compliant workplace
Support the EHS team in hazard assessments and project registration reviews with
