Health & Safety Professional (Manufacturing) CapstoneONE Search | On-site
We are representing a well-established manufacturing organization with an immediate need for a Health & Safety professional. Site leadership is committed to safety and gives the right person strong support, visibility, and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the safety team to coordinate programs and identify workplace conditions that could put employees at risk or create compliance concerns
Conduct facility audits and program assessments, recommend corrective actions, and document findings
Participate in incident investigations, determine root causes, and follow through on changes that prevent recurrence
Develop and deliver employee safety training
Monitor compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and work with operations to close gaps
Support serious injury and fatality prevention efforts and coach site leaders on safe practices
Collaborate with leadership to achieve health and safety goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Internship, co-op, or work experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Working knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
