Job description
Layton Construction is seeking an experienced ESH leader to implement corporate, field, and office policies across multiple project sites in the U.S. You will champion safety culture, enforce integrity, and oversee risk programs such as CCIP while coordinating with leaders, subcontractors, and regulators.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in ESH, 5+ years of ESH experience, and ability to travel nationally. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential for success in this position.
