Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper)The Experience Senior Living team is excited to announce the upcoming grand opening of The Gallery Tampa, with our first resident move-ins anticipated in October 2026!We're beginning the search for exceptional team members who are passionate about hospitality, service, and creating an extraordinary resident experience from day one. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching one of the premier luxury senior living communities in the Tampa market.Please note: While we are posting positions now, we are approximately a month away from making hiring decisions for many of these roles. During this time, we will be reviewing applications, conducting initial phone interviews, and beginning the interview process so we're ready to build our opening team at the appropriate time.We appreciate your interest, excitement, and patience throughout this process, and we look forward to getting to know you!We are looking for an Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper) to join our amazing team!Responsibilities:Cleans public areas and resident's apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areasPerforms all housekeeping duties including: distributing laundered articles and linenschanging bedscleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies as neededsweeping and scrubbing floors; vacuuming rugs, carpets, upholstered furnituredusting furniture and equipmentpolishing metalworkwashing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sillsPerforms all laundry duties including: Washing and drying resident laundry in provided appliancesfolding and/or hanging laundry appropriatelydistributing laundered articles and linenschanging bed linensMaintains resident laundry areas including mopping floors and washing walls regularlyWashes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requestedKeeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly conditionDisinfects and sterilizes equipment and suppliesStocks cleaning cart with suppliesEmpties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal areaEnsures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are cleanReports resident issues or changes in health or living status promptlyReports potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to SupervisorMay perform other duties as assigned
