Under direct supervision of the Housekeeping/Environmental Services manager, performs work of ordinary difficulty and assumes responsibilities in the area of Housekeeping/Environmental Services. General cleaning and routine related activities in assigned areas according to the department standards, policies and procedures. This person will operate heavy floor cleaning machinery requiring the strength to move furniture and the machine. Maintains a clean and sanitary environment for patients, visitors and hospital personnel.
Able to move heavy furniture and operate heavy floor cleaning machinery. Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment as trained. Flexible team player able to interact well others. Regular Standard Hours Per Week: 32 Schedule: Part-time (2 - 39 hours) Shift Details: First shift - weekdays, weekends and holidays- 7:00AM to 3:30PM.
