Job description
Thomas Pest Services in Albany seeks an Area Operations Manager to lead area service managers, drive metrics, and deliver outstanding service. This hands-on role is accountable for safety, budgets, and customer satisfaction, reporting to the Director of Operations.
You will implement EOS®, set quarterly Rocks, coach field teams, manage route performance, and ensure profitability while maintaining a healthy culture.
