QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. 3 years of Health IT experience required (Federally Qualified Health Centers, FQHCs, and tribal centers preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience with EPIC EHR software required. Minimum 1 year in an instructor or teaching role required. EPIC Support Analyst (ESA) certification preferred. Strong understanding of health center operations and change management. Excellent administrative, organizational and time-management skills
ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Must be able to verbally interact with staff, clients, and the public.
* Manual dexterity of hands/fingers for writing and data entry.

* Pulling up to 60 lbs.
* Rescue assist up to 100 lbs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver engaging, role-based training sessions for clinical and administrative staff on EPIC workflows and modules using a variety of media (both in-person and virtual).
* Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference tools, and e-learning resources aligned with system updates and organizational needs.
* Collaborate with EPIC analysts, super users, and department leaders to identify training gaps and tailor learning programs accordingly.
* Support new-hire onboarding and end-user go-live readiness across assigned departments.
* Conduct post-training assessments and evaluate learner proficiency, providing additional support as needed.
* Provide ongoing education on system updates or changes in workflows.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EPIC application functionality, workflow optimization, and best practices.
* Participate in testing and validation activities for EPIC upgrades and new implementations.
* Provide in-person support during go-live and system transitions.
* Cross train to assist end users with IT-related issues related to the use of computer systems in the health IT environment.
* Other duties as assigned.
