Job description
Northwell Health is seeking a Senior Epic Build Analyst to design, support, and optimize MyChart, Patient Access, and Welcome workflows. This role drives builds, upgrades, and ongoing support for patient-facing digital solutions.
You will partner with clinical and IT teams to troubleshoot complex issues, refine workflows, and ensure accurate patient communications. Strong Epic experience and ServiceNow familiarity are highly valued.
