Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to support the configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing optimization of Epic MyChart.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support Epic MyChart functionality and workflows.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic system solutions.
Perform build, testing, troubleshooting, and production support .
Support MyChart features including patient access, proxy access, messaging, appointments, questionnaires, and eCheck-In .
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Create and maintain technical documentation and workflow specifications.
Requirements:
3+ years of Epic MyChart experience .
Active Epic MyChart certification preferred/required.
Strong experience with MyChart configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Epic workflows and integrations.Excellent communication and analytical skills.22222q`
