nWe are seeking an experienced Epic OpTime / Anesthesia Analyst to support the design, build, optimization, and maintenance of Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applications. This individual will partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to enhance perioperative workflows, support ongoing system improvements, and ensure successful delivery of Epic-related initiatives.
nThe ideal candidate has a strong background supporting surgical services and anesthesia workflows within Epic and is capable of independently leading requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and end-user support activities.

nSkills and Requirements
n5+ years of Epic application analyst experience
nCurrent Epic OpTime Certification
nCurrent Epic Anesthesia Certification
nExperience supporting and optimizing perioperative and anesthesia workflows
nHands-on experience with:
nSystem build and configuration
nWorkflow analysis
nIntegrated testing
nGo-live support
nIssue resolution and troubleshooting
nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into Epic solutions
nStrong understanding of clinical operations within:
nOperating Room (OR)
nSurgical Services
nAnesthesia Departments
nExperience working directly with physicians, anesthesiologists, nursing leadership, and clinical stakeholders
nKnowledge of Epic upgrade processes and change management
nStrong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
