Job Summary
Lead enterprise-level Epic EHR implementations, optimizations, upgrades, and regulatory initiatives across clinical, operational, and IT functions. Serve as the primary program leader for complex, high-visibility initiatives, ensuring effective governance, risk management, executive alignment, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex Epic programs across multiple modules, departments, and workstreams.
Manage program scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance.
Partner with clinical, IT, operational, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and decision materials.
Lead regulatory and compliance-driven healthcare technology initiatives.
Coordinate Epic, vendor, and implementation partners.
Resolve escalations, stakeholder conflicts, and competing priorities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of healthcare IT program/project management.
Proven Epic implementation or optimization experience.
Experience managing enterprise, multi-workstream programs.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with healthcare regulatory or compliance initiatives.
Preferred
Epic certification or advanced Epic experience.
PMP/PgMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
ServiceNow or enterprise workflow experience.
Healthcare vendor/partner management experience.
