Job description
Human Technologies, Inc. (HTI) is recruiting an experienced Epicor Kinetic ERP Data & Integration Specialist for a long-term contract role with a large manufacturing company client.
Please note that candidates must have experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP system in order to be considered.

Position details:
Hourly pay rate is dependent upon experience/education, and the range is approximately $75.00 - $90.00 / hour
This is a contract, full-time, fully remote role
Project length: 12-18 months (must be able to commit to up to 18 months)
Start date: Must be available to start within the next ~4 weeks
Hours per week: Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week, but 40 hours/full-time is preferred
Travel: Not anticipated
Candidates must reside within the continental US and must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship (both now and in the future)
Requirements:
Must have at least 3+ years of recent experience as a Data & Systems Integration Specialist working with Epicor Kinetic handling the job duties listed below
Must have 6+ years of total experience in ERP system data integration/implementation roles within the manufacturing industry
Kinetic data structures, REST APIs, Application Studio, and Power BI experience
Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations
Proven experience delivering data platforms, reporting and analytics solutions
Experience supporting global implementations and rollouts for manufacturing companies with plants in multiple locations/countries is a plus
Experience creating and maintaining ERDs and Data Architecture models
High level of personal accountability and attention to detail, with a proven record of meeting deadlines and delivering against KPIs/SLAs
Strong communication and decision-making skills; must be a confident presenter with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience working remotely with global teams and managing change across an organization
College degree in Management Information Systems or a closely related field of study
Preferred Experience/Certifications:
Experience integrating Epicor with Salesforce, as well as finance and purchasing functions
Microsoft Fabric Certification and/or Microsoft Data Engineer Certification
Power BI Certification
Data Management Tool (DMT)
Experienced with ITIL or similar frameworks
Summary:
The Epicor Kinetic ERP Data Integration Specialist is responsible for the design, development, support, and optimization of data integrations, reporting solutions, and data platforms that enable the successful operation of the Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. The role acts as the technical expert for ERP data architecture, integration services, reporting datasets, data pipelines, warehousing, and analytics. Working across global business functions, the position ensures reliable and secure movement of data between Epicor Kinetic and enterprise applications including Microsoft Fabric, Data Warehouse platforms, other business systems, Power BI and third-party business solutions.
The role plays a key part in supporting the organization's digital transformation strategy by delivering data-driven insights and ensuring high-quality, trusted business information and insights are available across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement and support integrations between Epicor Kinetic and internal/external systems.
Develop and maintain APIs, ETL processes, data pipelines and automation workflows.
Support data migration and synchronization activities during ERP deployments, upgrades and acquisitions.
Monitor integration performance and investigate failures, bottlenecks and data quality issues.
Design and maintain ERP data models that support enterprise reporting and analytics.
Develop and optimize data extraction processes from Epicor Kinetic.
Support enterprise Data Warehouse, Microsoft Fabric and Data Lake environments.
Build and maintain curated datasets for Power BI, executive dashboards and operational reporting
Establish and maintain data quality controls.
Investigate root causes of data issues and implement corrective actions.
Support master data governance framework.
Recommend best practice integration patterns and data architecture.
Coordinate with transformation team, internal leadership/department heads, and external partners including Epicor and Microsoft.
