Job description
We are looking for 5+ years of experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Functional & Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both functional and technical aspects of P21, supporting end-to-end implementations, rollouts, integrations, and post–go-live support for distribution-focused clients.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for P21 modules including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Pricing, and Finance
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map them to P21 capabilities
Configure P21 modules and optimize business workflows
Conduct client workshops, user training sessions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support
