Job description
Advocate Health in Concord, NC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse in Epilepsy department (4CSB) to provide patient education, care coordination, and psychosocial support for newly diagnosed patients and families.
The role includes coordinating referrals, scheduling exams, contacting patients at diagnosis, and addressing barriers to care such as insurance and transportation. Must hold a BSN and NC RN licensure; MSN preferred; strong communication required.
