Summary
You will serve as a EQUAL EMPLOYMENT MANAGER in the Administrative and Resources Management Division (AR) in the of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Responsibilities
You will provide strong technical oversight of and responsible for identifying needed changes in policy, procedures and guidance for the Discrimination Complaints Program for HQMC and 15 serviced commands.
You will provide technical advice and guidance to senior level executives, managers, supervisors and other command personnel on discrimination complaint matters.
You will plan, develop, and manage a broad program area in a major organization, such as managing the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Complaints program.
You will provide strong technical oversight of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program and ensures ADR is used to the maximum extent possible in resolving conflicts
You will oversee the completion of the analysis and evaluation of EEO complaint processing for compliance with EEO laws and Department of Navy regulations and directives.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing advice and assistance to senior level executives, managers, and supervisors on discrimination complaint matters AND providing guidance on issues involving policymaking, precedent setting and complex regulatory matters resulting from issues involving change in statutes, regulation, higher-level policy or changes in direction in the EEO program.
