We are seeking a board-certified surgeon or surgery residency-trained veterinarian with strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and the initiative to help build a program. We value ambition and entrepreneurship alongside collaboration, teamwork and exceptional client care.
$145,000–$175,000 annual salary, based on experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location and internal equity
Production bonus eligibility based on collections and eligibility criteria
Benefits may include medical, dental and vision insurance, retirement benefits, PTO, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance
