Maintenance Technician
Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085
7% shift differential
Shift: 2nd Shift, Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Weekend: Rotational weekend coverage
Work Type: Onsite
Interview: Onsite
Local candidates preferred
Must-Have Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
2–3+ years of maintenance technician experience
CMS system experience – REQUIRED
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment/systems
Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform maintenance
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Preferred
PLC knowledge
Apprenticeship, Associate Degree, or Journeyman card
Experience in manufacturing/chemical/pharmaceutical production facilities
Equipment failure analysis and preventive maintenance experience
Experience improving equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical/electrical equipment issues.
Repair equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes.
Recommend equipment/process improvements.
Follow engineering, maintenance, safety, and site procedures.
Support less-experienced maintenance team members when needed.
