Build your career with a company that values safety, people, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Luck Stone Enoree, SC Plant is seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator to safely operate excavators, loaders, and other specialized machinery while consistently delivering a high level of performance. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and capable of completing essential job duties independently with minimal supervision.The hours are 6am-4pm Mon-FriEssential Functions:Safely and efficiently operate multiple pieces of heavy equipment- Loader and ExcavatorFollow all company health and safety policies and regulations.Inspect, clean, and lubricate equipment and perform routine safety checks.Ensure equipment is properly positioned before operation, shutdown, loading, or unloading.Promptly report equipment faults or maintenance concerns to the Plant Manager or Foreman.Assist with other construction-related duties as needed.Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.Participate in required meetings and training sessions.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 + years experience operating excavators and loaders.Ability to operate multiple types of equipment safely and proficiently.Strong awareness of workplace and equipment safety requirements.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Dependable, attentive, and committed to quality performance.Willingness to assist with general construction duties when needed.If you are an experienced equipment operator who takes pride in working safely, efficiently, and independently, we encourage you to apply.Benefits start day 1 of employment and include:Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disabilityPaid time off: personal, vacation, holidays, 5 well being days yearlyMatching 401K and retirement pensionLuck Companies is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
