Equipment OperatorCircular Services is a leading developer and operator of circular economy infrastructure and services and the largest private recycling company in the U.S. with operations across the country. We help businesses and municipalities reduce and divert waste, lowering disposal costs and fueling local supply chains by ensuring materials are recovered, recycled, and reused.About the Role:The Equipment Operator operates equipment to include frontend loader with bucket, 12k forklift or smaller with rotator, bobcat and skid steer. Operators are to follow all Balcones Resources safety regulations and golden rules. Operator will provide pre-shift and end of shift inspections and is responsible for greasing and daily upkeep of equipment and work areas.Shift: 1st Shift 6am to 2pm (Job Type: Full-time) | Location: Fort Myers, FLBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision insuranceFSAVacation Time401k matchingEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Parental LeaveTuition ReimbursementResponsibilities:Performs routine maintenance on loader such as lubricating, fueling and cleaning.Completes inspection report prior to using equipment.Safely operate machinery under the direction of the shift supervisor or production manager.
