What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support daily operational engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance
Analyze processes, equipment, and production data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support project planning and execution, including upgrades, modifications, and capital improvements
Ensure engineering practices align with operational, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated capability in operational or industrial engineering within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and operational levels
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Proficiency with engineering tools, systems, and technical documentation
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
$47.35 to $47.35 per hour
