Equipment Operator GroundspersonSalary Range $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly Position Type Full TimeDescriptionDuties and ResponsibilitiesDaily cleanup and maintenance of the campus grounds including but not limited to: mow lawns, rake leaves, shovel snow, repair concrete and paved areas, hedge shrubs, prune trees or remove if necessary, install and repair sprinkler systems, plant flowers, install landscaping, golf turf maintenance, dig trenches, fertilizing and pest management, maintain a clean shop, minor vehicle and equipment repairs, help with off-loading deliveries, moving heavy objects, dumpster control, fence installations and repair, storm drain maintenance, Christmas decorating and any other duties deemed necessary.QualificationsRequired ExperienceHigh school diplomaAt least one year in a grounds related fieldMust be able to lift 100lbs and do daily physical laborHeavy equipment operation and ability to work with power toolsValid Driver's License RequiredVisa sponsorship is not available for this position.
