Equipment OperatorWe are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team for Project Roman. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various heavy machinery including rollers, haul trucks, water trucks, and D8 dozers.ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy equipment such as rollers, haul trucks, water trucks, and D8 dozers.Ensure efficient and safe handling of CAT 657 scrapers.Perform tasks related to excavation using heavy machinery.Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.Essential SkillsProficiency in operating heavy equipment.Experience with CAT 657 scrapers.Ability to operate excavators.Experience with Tremble technology.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in data center projects.Knowledge of safety protocols for heavy equipment operation.Join a dynamic team where innovation and safety are prioritized, and where you can grow your skills in a collaborative environment. The role may require adherence to specific safety and operational protocols tailored to the unique conditions of the facility.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hereford, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
