Equipment OperatorR360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our hardworking team at our Lea County Landfill Facility. Previous landfill or waste experience would be a huge plus, but willing to train the right candidate.The Job:Spreading and compacting trash using a CompactorSpreading daily cover using a DozerHarvesting soil using a Scraper and/or LoaderMaintaining haul roads using a Motor GraderHauling soil with an ADT and/or ScraperAssist with other duties around the Landfill.Follow safety regulations and attend daily meetings.Requirements:MUST be Bilingual (English and Spanish)Have minimum a year of previous experience operating light equipment.Able to work outside in all types of weatherAbility to learn quickly and work independentlyStrong teamwork and communication skillsCommitment to safety practices and PPE usagePrevious landfill experience is a plus BUT not required!What's in It for You:$20–$22/hr.Boot Allowance + Safety BonusesReliable Work Hours with Overtime Built InCareer Growth with one of the Top Companies in the Industry ????Full Benefits Package:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance401(k) with Company Match, up to 5%Life Insurance & Disability CoverageEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Legal & Travel Assistance PlansFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Ready to roll?
