Parts Manager – Rochester, MN

Sanco Equipment is looking for an experienced, motivated
Parts Manager
to lead our parts department in Rochester, MN.
The right person will have a strong understanding of parts operations, inventory management, and customer service, along with the ability to work closely with our sales, service, and rental departments.
Lead and manage daily parts department operations.
Oversee inventory, purchasing, receiving, stocking, and returns.
Maintain accurate inventory levels while reducing obsolete and aging inventory.
Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage department performance, including sales, margins, and profitability.
Identify opportunities to grow parts sales and strengthen customer relationships.
Work closely with service, sales, and rental teams to ensure parts availability.
Use dealership systems and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
3+ years of experience in parts management or a related equipment dealership role.
~ Experience managing inventory, budgets, and departmental performance.
~ Comfortable working with dealership management systems and technology.
~ Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction or agricultural equipment preferred.
~ Monday–Friday work schedule
