Job description
Job TitleAssemble, test, package, and ship USC equipment while ensuring product quality, safe handling, and timely order completion.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble systems and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, air tools, and a drill press.Package and ship orders accurately, including offshore documentation.Perform final inspections to confirm proper operation and completeness.Maintain SAP data: receive orders, process production orders, maintain BOMs/routings, and ship products.Keep work areas clean and safe; support cycle counts and inventories.Work with electrical voltages from 24V to 220V safely.Answer phones professionally and support internal/external customers.Collaborate with team members to meet quality and production goals.Required QualificationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.Basic math skills for production and inventory tasks.High school diploma or equivalent.1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.Physical RequirementsLift 30–50 lbs regularly.Perform repetitive work with hands and tools.Climb up to 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day.Contact lenses prohibited due to safety requirements.We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
