Job description
Fabick Cat, the authorized Caterpillar dealer for Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula, seeks a service supervisor to lead field service operations. You will plan service calls, assign technicians, and coordinate transportation for repairs while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of service experience and at least 5 years in supervision, with excellent written and oral communication and proficiency in Word, Excel and business software.
