Financial Governance And Billing Integrity LeaderResponsible for leading financial governance and billing integrity across equipment operations. This role is accountable for ensuring accurate cost allocation, improving data reliability, and driving performance against key Equipment Support KPIs that directly impact project cost and execution.Location & Travel Details: This position can be located at any of our office locations: Phoenix, AZ; Clinton, IN; Indianapolis, IN; Centennial, CO; Irving, TX; or Fargo, ND. With over 35,000 employees and 400 offices nationwide, we provide flexibility and career growth in dynamic work environments.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and enforce standards for billing accuracy, accrual precision, and cost-coding compliance against Equipment Support KPIsProvide strategic direction to the Equipment Support team, ensuring consistent execution across all projects and maintaining a high standard of service to field operationsLead initiatives to improve data reliability within the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP)Partner cross functional departments or vendors to optimize Equipment processesOversee the month-end rental accrual process and insurance allocation, ensuring all equipment is accurately captured and allocated properlyOwn and support equipment utilization and spend reportingServe as a liaison between cross functional departmentsMonitor insurance allocation and safety compliance documentation to mitigate financial and operational risksMonitor team volume and reassign tasks dynamically to ensure the department meets weekly and monthly Equipment Support KPIsOwn the full lifecycle of the team's talent, from participating in interviews and hiring to managing the offboarding processIdentify individual training needs within the team and drive accountabilityManage the annual performance review process and establish clear, measurable goals and feedbackOther duties as assignedQualificationsWork Experience and Education: Associates degree preferred and/or combination of education and experienceFive+ years relevant experience; supervisory experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the Company's Zero Injury principlesAdvanced proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, data cleaning) and the ability to navigate ERP and Telematics platforms at an expert levelDeep understanding of project cost-coding, accrual accounting, and the financial lifecycle of equipment utilizationHigh-level of proficiency in ERP systems and a strong understanding of how specialized data integrates with financial platformsAbility to manage a team by delegating effectively while holding the team accountableStrong communication skills with the ability to influence, advocate, and collaborate with stakeholdersWork Environment & Physical Requirements: When visiting jobsites the work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions This work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noisesWhat's in it for YouFinancial Wellbeing: Compensation $90,000 - $110,000 / year, commensurate with experience Competitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase 401(k) with company match & Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Flexible spending account (Healthcare & Dependent care) Health & Wellness Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (plan choice) - coverage for spouse, domestic partner, and children Diabetes Management, Telehealth Coverage, Prescription Drug Plan, Pet Insurance, Weight Management Drug Discount Discounted National Gym Membership Network Family & Lifestyle Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Bereavement Leave Military Leave, including Benefits Continuation Employee Assistance Program Planning for the Unexpected Short and long-term disability, life insurance, and accidental death & dismemberment Voluntary life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity coverage Emergency Travel Assistance Program Group legal planPosition may be subject to pre-employment screening, which may include background check and drug testing.
