Job description
As an Equipment Welder / Fabricator, you repair and fabricate metal components on waste handling equipment, containers, and fleet vehicles. You perform MIG and stick welding, cutting, grinding, and layout work, support structural repairs, and help keep trucks and compactors safe and operational. You also inspect tools, follow shop safety practices, and maintain a clean, organized work area in a full-time, on-site shop role.
